- Reporting to the Software Development Manager, ABM is seeking Analyst Programmers for design, development, testing and support of assigned functional areas, programs or systems.
- Requirements:
- - To have a good Honours Degree and programming experience with ABM or proven programming experience.
- - To be able to provide technical advice to junior staff.
- - To be able to carry out testing, programming, support and write reports with a minimum of supervision.
- - Experience of Agile and iterative methodologies
- Principal Responsibilities and Activities:
- - To develop or support programs from specifications provided.
- - To write programs which adhere to defined standards, and achieve the required quality standards of ABM and the Customer.

- Reporting to the Managing Director, ABM is seeking to recruit an Finance Assistant to be responsible for the day-to-day finance function of the business, incorporating all aspects of Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, Management Accounts and Cash Book.
- Requirements:
- Qualifications gained in relation to Business or Finance would be desirable and this role would suit an individual working towards a higher finance accreditation; such as CIMA, ACCA or equivalent. Experience within a Finance Office would be beneficial although not essential.
- Principal Responsibilities and Activities:
- - Purchase ledger duties including coding and posting of invoices, resolving purchase queries, matching orders and raising payments.
- - Cash book management to include banking of receipts and reconciliations.

- Reporting to the Professional Services Director, ABM is seeking to recruit a professional team player to provide call logging, advice and first line fault diagnosis to customers. ABM's Frontline service is the company's primary support channel for users of our law enforcement and investigation management software.
- Requirements:
- - To have effective written and verbal communications skills coupled with analytical and problem solving skills.
- - To be able to work individually and within a team to support the customer efficiently.
- - To have experience of a customer facing support service, preferably fault management.
- - Able to effectively manage workloads.
- - Must have strong organisational and administrative skills.
- - Strong knowledge retention in order to learn the applications and understand the business processes associated with that functionality.
