    Role: Software Assurance - FrontLine Analyst
    Location: Nottingham

    Description:
    As part of our newly launched FrontLine support service, we are looking to recruit analysts to join our Software Assurance team to provide first line support for our customers.

    Working as part of the Software Assurance team, you will deal with all types of our queries and issues from our customers to ensure we provide the highest standards of customer support.

    Customer focused and a flair for communication, you will enjoy the challenge of working in a frontline environment. You must be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of people and ensure questions and queries are dealt with in a proactive and professional manner. You will have excellent customer communications skills, and a caring and calming attitude when dealing with customer issues.

    The successful candidate will have experience of working in a customer support environment, ideally fault management, have good analytical and problem solving skills and be able to work individually and within a team to support the customer efficiently. Strong knowledge retention is also required in order to become familiar with the supported software and understand the business processes associated with the functionality.
