    ABM and STL Technologies join forces to develop interface to integrate Intelligence, Custody and Case management applications
    Nottingham, 12 April 2010 - Criminal Justice software solutions specialists, ABM and STL have joined forces to provide an integrated Crime, Intelligence and Defendant Management solution for the UK Police market. The integrated solution will improve the way in which information is handled and help maximise performance by making it easier to manage workloads and share information.
    Traditionally these aspects of the policing process have been dealt with as separate functions, though now, will be merged seamlessly into one solution. This will ease the burden of managing the entire routine as well as significantly reducing the infrastructure costs. Expected benefits include reducing bureaucracy by eliminating the re-keying of information and duplication of files throughout the entire process of intelligence gathering, detaining suspects, maintaining bail details, case preparation and court appearances.
