abmpegasus™ Communications

abmpegasus™ Communications helps law enforcement agencies to manage communications data applications and the retrieval process including telephone, internet and postal data.

The system guides officers through the communications data authorisations and application process, submits completed applications to the Authorising Officer and then allows the Single Point of Contact (SPoC) to automatically generate a request to the Communications Service Provider.

abmpegasus™ Communications has been designed by ABM in close consultation with several UK Police Forces and provides full support for ACPO, ACPOS and HMC&E National Policy for Accessing Communications Data Regulated by Part 1, Chapter 2 of the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act (RIPA/RIP(S)A) 2000.

All communications data applications submitted are recorded and managed allowing for statistical reporting of the requests and management of the intelligence produced.
