• Design & Implementation - working with your stakeholders to design and implement the recommendations from the assessment including clearly defined processes and procedures, implementation of agreed hardware and software changes and training
• Simulation - testing of the new Business Continuity Plan by simulating failure, ensuring that your nominated systems continue to operate in line with agreed service requirements
• Annual review - annual review of your Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Planning to ensure it still meets your requirements and upgrading where required
