    abmpegasus™ Information in Confidence (IIC) facilitates the confidential recording of information passed to law enforcement agencies whilst allowing the organisation to keep track of the provenance of that information. This assists with regulatory compliance and discharging duty of care.
    Integration with abmpegasus™ Source Management helps with the management of status drift by enabling the automated transfer of records if a person previously regarded as a 'member of the public' has reached the agency's threshold where they should be treated as a Covert Human Intelligence Source.
    The adaptable nature of the abmpegasus™ IIC allows access control and terminology to be configured according to the agency's specific requirements. User friendly data fields with pop-up help boxes reduce the need for specific software training. The system reduces the administrative burden of record keeping whilst promoting improvements in the quality of stored information.
    As well as information from the public, abmpegasus™ IIC can manage information of any origin, including information received from other law enforcement agencies, public sector organisations (such as social services and schools) and other voluntary bodies. abmpegasus™ IIC also manages a wide range of information supplied by the private sector, including 'suspicious activity reports' in relation to money-laundering, drugs or potential terrorist activity.
